Original Illustrations
Original illustrations have all been created using a mixture of coloured pencils, graphite and copic markers on watercolour paper. They are all created by hand with no digital enhancement.
Printing Details
Reproduction illustration limited edition giclée prints are designed and printed in Australia on Canson 310gsm Photo Rag White paper stock via Digital Inkjet using archival quality UV enhanced pigment 12 colour inks. This gives a long lasting vibrant colour print that is fade resistant for more than 85 years.
A3 prints measure 297 x 420mm.
A4 prints measure 210 x 297mm.
Prints are hand signed and numbered in pencil.
Cards are designed and printed in Australia on matte Super Fine Eggshell Ultra White 270gsm paper stock via Digital Press method with a 4 colour process printing ink.
Cards are size C6 – 105 x 148mm and blank inside.
Included are matching Australian milled and made matte Banker Style envelopes in Off-White Threads Natural 120gsm.
Framing
Prints do not come framed. The use of acid free materials in storage and framing of your print is recommended for longevity, this includes tape, mount board and plastic sleeves. If acid free materials are not used then over time your print may become yellowed at the edges where it touches the tape or mount board. It is advised that to preserve the colour in your print, you do not hang or place in direct, constant sunlight.
Packaging
4 card packs are packaged in a clear cello slip bag and posted in a padded tough bag.
8 card gift box sets are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and packaged in a matte white gift box tied with a white grosgrain ribbon with black saddle stitching. Gift box sets are posted in a padded tough bag.
A4 and A3 reproduction giclée prints are rolled in acid free tissue paper and packaged in a 90mm diameter, bend proof, postage tube.
Original and Custom Illustrations are packaged flat, backed with board and placed inside a clear cello slip, nestled in a bed of acid free tissue paper and placed inside a sturdy cardboard gift box. The gift box is placed in a clear cello bag for protection and then placed inside a padded tough mailbag for postage.
Postage
All orders are collated, packaged and posted in a bulk session generally twice a week. From the time of postage the average shipping time frames are as follows:
Prints and card sets:
Within Australia – $10 – Australia Post Regular Mail – allow 2-7 days
International – $15 – Australia Post Air Mail – allow 7-14 days*
Original and Custom Illustrations:
Domestic – $25 – Australia Post Express Service – next day service major cities
International – varies per country – Australia Post – service of your choosing*
Postage charge is per order not per item.

*International buyers please contact me prior to purchase to arrange for registered or insured mail option. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any additional customs charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately returns of prints, cards and original artworks are not accepted based on a change of mind. If your purchase arrives damaged a replacement will be issued if stock allows, otherwise an exchange or full refund will be offered.
Exchanges on full priced cards, prints and original artworks are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Please contact us prior to returning the item otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.
• Proof of purchase is required for an exchange to be completed.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage.
• One exchange per transaction.
• The product must be returned in its complete original state with the original packaging intact.
• If care is not taken when repackaging for postage the item being returned and it arrives damaged, then an exchange will not be given.
• Only full priced items can be exchanged.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars $AUD
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you via email within 2 business days.
